Shivpuri: An incident of rape of a minor girl has come to light in the Shivpuri district of Madhya Pradesh. In a village under the Survaya police station area, a man lured a 9-year-old girl and raped her and fled from the spot. Seeing the critical condition of the girl, she was immediately admitted to the district hospital, where she is undergoing treatment.
The same police have registered a case against the unidentified criminal on the complaint of the family members and started searching for him. At the same time, a police officer Rajesh Singh Chandel said that the medical report has also confirmed the rape of the girl. At present, a case has been registered under the POCSO Act against the unidentified criminal. He will be caught soon and the strictest possible action will be taken.
Earlier, a similar incident was reported in the Chhatarpur district. A 10-year-old girl was raped near the school. The class 5 student was in school. When she went out into the open to defecate, she was raped by a 50-year-old man. Police arrested the culprit as soon as they received the complaint. According to the Harpalpur police station in charge of Dharmendra Singh, the 10-year-old girl had gone to her school in the morning. At that time she went out to defecate. A 50-year-old man saw her and forcibly took her with him. He allegedly raped her by taking her to a deserted area. On hearing the sound of the child crying, the villagers rushed to the spot and called the police. Police have arrested the culprit and registered a case against him under relevant sections of the IPC and post act.
