Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Tuesday approved several proposals in the cabinet. Cabinet approves draft of Madhya Pradesh Nagar Palika Laws (Amendment) Ordinance, 2022. In this, the fine amount was 5 thousand rupees, which the CM increased to 1 thousand rupees.   

According to the Madhya Pradesh Municipal Laws (Amendment) Ordinance, 2022, now if a person leaves or ties cattle on a road or public places, a fine of Rs 1,000 will have to be paid. Government spokesperson and Home Minister Narottam Mishra said, leaving animals open in public places is a loss to other persons. Traffic on the road is disrupted. The High Court has also passed orders related to this in different petitions.

In addition, the meeting also approved the creation of four posts of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, creation of 69 posts of Deputy Registrar, Manager, Assistant Manager and Biomedical Engineer for hospital management. He also approved the setting up of a motor transport school at Datia as well as Sant Ravidas Swarojgar Yojana, Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar economic welfare scheme, Mukhyamantri scheduled caste special project. Shivraj Singh informed his ministers in the cabinet meeting that no new construction has been done on various topics such as Amarkantak. At the same time, the Chief Minister said that PM Narendra Modi will launch the Mahakal Corridor in the state, and the startup policy of Madhya Pradesh will be launched virtually. Apart from this, he said that the Investor Committee will be held in Indore on January 7-8 and Pravasi Bharatiya Divas will be held in Indore from January 9 to 10. He also apprised about the implementation of various development works and schemes in tribal areas.
