Lucknow: In connection with the murder of two Noida-based youths in Wave City in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh on the night of April 20, the police have arrested Anil Nagar, brother of the notorious Billu Dujana, after an encounter. A reward of $25,000 was announced on him. The pistol and the bike used in the murder have also been recovered from the possession of the accused. According to the police, both the youths were killed in Therag. Police teams are conducting raids in search of Billu Dujana and his two accomplices involved in the incident.

Ghaziabad Superintendent of Police City Nipun Agarwal said on Sunday that two persons were shot dead in Wave City on the night of April 20. The deceased were identified as Jitendra, a resident of Dairy Machcha under the Badalpur police station area in Gautam Budh Nagar and Harendra, a resident of Girdharpur. Jitendra's wife Preeti had filed a murder case against the notorious Billu Nagar and his cousins Anil and Vinod Nagar, a resident of village Dujana in Gautam Budh Nagar. The Superintendent of the Police City said that information was received on Sunday morning that the accused involved in the double murder case was going to the village on a bike.

Based on this information, the police laid a cordon near the diamond flyover. Seeing the suspicious youth coming on the bike, the police signalled to stop, then turned around and started running away. The bike of the accused skidded in a hurry when the chase was followed, after which he started running away on foot, firing at the police. In retaliation, the police opened fire, and then the miscreant was injured in the leg with a bullet, after which he was arrested. The accused has been identified as Dujana resident Anil Nagar, who is the cousin of the main accused Billu Dujana. During interrogation, Anil Nagar revealed that he had committed the double murder along with Billu Dujana and one of his accomplices.
