MP driver set ablaze by mob dies in Dahod

Vadodara: A man from Alirajpur district in Madhya Pradesh who was set ablaze alive by a mob inside his multi-utility vehicle (MUV) in Alirajpur district following a fatal accident died near Dahod after he was brought here for treatment.
According to the police, deceased Mangal Singh mowed down a six-year-old girl with his goods carrier near the Barjhar crossroads near ChhotiPol village. The girl died in the accident and a mob that gathered on the spot, pulled Singh out of the vehicle and set it on fire.

Singh was brutally thrashed and was later pushed inside the burning MUV by the persons who were holding him. The police rushed to the spot after getting information and took Singh to a local hospital for treatment, sources said.
Singh was later shifted to a hospital in Dahod, but looking at his serious condition, it was decided to bring him to Vadodara. He, however, died on the way. The body was brought back to Dahod and an autopsy was conducted.
Sources said that the videos of the incident have also gone viral, while the Alirajpur police are probing the incident.
