Burnley’s Premier League survival chances come down to the final day of the season with the Clarets entertaining Newcastle United at Turf Moor.

A win will see Mike Jackson’s side safe while matching or bettering Leeds United’s result at Brentford will also secure another season of top flight football. The action kicks off at 4pm but despite the importance of the contest, the Clarets are not one of the Sky Sports live games.

The two matches impacting the top of the table, Man City vs Aston Villa and Liverpool vs Wolves have been chosen along with Leeds’ game at Brentford meaning Burnley's match misses out on a live broadcast.

You can follow all the action from Turf Moor with our live coverage here while there will be a Sky Sports goal service, bringing all the action as it happens. That will be the form of a Soccer Special on Sky which will show all the goals as they go in from across the Premier League games.

Mike Jackson must decide whether to retain the back five system he’s used in Burnley’s last two matches, both away from home, or revert to 4-4-2. James Tarkowski, who made a quicker than expected return from a hamstring injury to feature at Villa, came through that contest okay and is expected to start while Ashley Barnes is again likely to lead the line.

Jay Rodriguez could return to the squad after his own hamstring problem but Erik Pieters, Johann Berg Gudmundsson, Ashley Westwood and Matej Vydra remain sidelined. For Newcastle, former Clarets Kieran Trippier and Chris Wood could feature although the latter is a doubt with injury.
