FARGO — The U.S. Small Business Administration is now accepting applications for its T.H.R.I.V.E. (Thrive, Hope, Rise, Innovate, Venture, Elevate) Emerging Leaders Reimagined program.

This free, 6-month course is meant to assist small business owners in growing their business, creating jobs, and strengthening their communities.

The program provides participants with the opportunity to work with a network of experienced subject matter experts in core business topics and other micro-sessions customized for the small business's unique needs. The reimagined format removes the one-size fits all model in exchange for engagement, problem-solving, and peer-to-peer interaction within the cohorts.

The initiative is open to small business owners and executives who:

  • Have been in business for at least three years
  • Have annual revenues of at least $250,000
  • Have at least one employee other than self
