Patna: A complaint has been filed in the Begusarai court of Bihar, in which former Team India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been made an accused. In this case, apart from Dhoni, the names of 7 other people are also included in the accused. This case has been filed by a fertilizer seller. The case is related to the bounce of a check of Rs 30 lakh. This case is registered in CJM court. The CJM has transferred the case to another court for the hearing.

According to the complaint filed, in the year 2021, an agency named DS Enterprises Begusarai entered into an agreement with the fertilizer company Global Upgrade India, New Delhi for the sale of one of its specific products. The agency paid 36.81 lakhs to the company for the product. The company sent the fertilizer to the agency but did not cooperate with the marketing, which was promised. It has been claimed in the complaint that due to this the goods got stuck in the agency. The owner of the agency, Neeraj Kumar Nirala, has said that he suffered a loss due to the company's non-cooperation.

Later on complaining, the company took back the fertilizer stuck in the agency and gave a check of 30 lakhs in return. When the owner deposited the check in the bank, the check bounced. Even after giving this information continuously, the company officials or representatives did not pay any attention. The lawyer of the agency owner also sent a law notice to the company for the bounce of the check, but the shopkeeper did not get any relief. Neeraj Kumar Nirala had approached the court after getting tired.

In this case, on behalf of Neeraj Kumar Nirala, former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni, along with the company's CEO Rajesh Arya, State Head Ajay Kumar, Marketing Head Arpit Dubey, MD Imran Zafar, Marketing Manager Vandana Anand and Director Mahendra Singh, including 8. has been made accused. Dhoni had advertised this product. For this reason, Neeraj Kumar Nirala has also filed a case against Dhoni.

The counsel for the plaintiff Neeraj Kumar Nirala, Sanjay Kumar has told that a case has been registered in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Rupam Kumari. All have been made accused under Section 406, 120B IPC and NI Act 138. Accepting the case, the court transferred the case to the court of Judicial Magistrate Ajay Kumar Mishra. June 28 has been fixed for the next hearing. The matter is in discussion due to the name of Mahendra Singh Dhoni in the case.
