Media reporter Mukesh Gupta was shot on Thursday night in Dhanipur Mandi complex located in Mahua Kheda police station area of Aligarh. Mukesh is seriously injured after being shot in the stomach. Mukesh Gupta, a media person, resident of Naurangabad, working for a TV channel near Dhanipur Anaj Mandi shop number 71, 72, was sitting and talking with some colleagues. It has been told that then some other youths came there and shot him.
According to the police, there was a dispute between the two sides over some issue. In the dispute, one of the parties fired directly and a bullet went into the stomach of Mukesh Gupta. Thereafter the attackers fled. On this information, the Gandhi Park police reached first. The police admitted the injured Mukesh to the medical. At the same time, SSP Kalanidhi Naithani also reached JN Medical College. According to the SSP, the injured Mukesh Gupta is associated with a media organization. The investigation is going on now.
Action will be taken on whatever complaint is received. Based on the information, some youths have been called for questioning.
