A police outpost in-charge, four constables and two "unidentified" persons have been booked for allegedly torturing a man who was a suspect in a cattle slaughtering case in Uttar Pradesh's Budaun. "Cops, led by sub-inspector Satya Pal, shoved a stick inside my son's rectum and gave him repeated electric shocks," alleged the 22-year-old man's mother.
