Girl's brother beats boyfriend in Delhi's Chhatarpur

A case of beating of a young couple came to the fore at Chhatarpur bus stand in Chhatarpur, Delhi. The 18-year old girl's brother thrashed both of them fiercely, due to which the young man was bled and injured, while the girlfriend kept crying while clinging to her lover. Nobody from the spectators came to their aid. Meanwhile, Kotwali police was informed of the incident and the couple was taken to the police station. The girl's brothers convinced her to go home and assured them of their marriage in a few days at the police statio. No complaint was filed with the police. The youth belongs to Khopa village whereas the girl is a resident of Hama village
