Balaghat: A big news has come from Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh. In fact, an encounter broke out between the police and the Naxalites in Bahela police station area of Lanji area here on Monday morning. In this encounter, three naxals with prize money were killed. It is being told that 3 bounty naxals have been killed in the police-naxal encounter and the naxals killed include member of the Divisional Committee of naxals and naxal Nagesh with a reward of 15 lakh and area commander of 8 lakh each, naxal Manoj and woman naxal Rame. According to reports, the area where the encounter took place is bordering Maharashtra.

On receiving this information, Home Minister Narottam Mishra informed everyone and also congratulated the entire police team. Let me tell you that all the policemen involved in the encounter are safe. According to information coming to light, the hawker force had received information about the movement of naxalites late at night in the forest of Kadla near Wari Dam in Lanji area. In the early hours of this morning, the Hak Force personnel started cordoning off the area and as soon as the Naxals came to know about it, they started firing.

At the same time, the Hak force then retaliated and entered the forest and killed three Naxalites. It is being told that the encounter between the Naxals and the police started at 7 am, which lasted for about an hour and the naxals have found modern weapons like AK-47s. A woman is also among the three naxals killed.

According to reports, the police have recovered the bodies of the three naxals and the weapons recovered from all of them have also been seized. According to the information received, the encounter was led by IG Sanjay Singh and SP Saurabh Kumar and ADG Intelligence Adarsh Katiyar confirmed that the police officers were in the forest.
