Uttarakhand Roadways' non-stop Volvo buses are said to be stranded as youths jam the Meerut-Delhi Expressway in protest against the Agneepath scheme. More than a dozen non-stop buses are getting jammed on both sides of the highway. The drivers have called the depot AGM and informed about it. The AGM has ordered that the buses be deployed at a safe place. In case of nuisance, forcible bus operations should not be carried out.

Bollywood's show man Subhash Ghai is famous all over the world for his work, but apart from the entertainment world, he also keeps an eye on the issues of the country and the world and gives his opinion where the need arises. Recently, Subhash Ghai has expressed his opinion on social media about the controversy over the Agneepath scheme issue that is spreading like fire in the country.

Subhash Ghai, in a post on the indigenous social media platform Koo App, has said in his own style that india's youth movement accepts but not the burning of the people's train or bus. Although the situation is very serious about Agniveer, people have been seen protesting against it in many  places. On Sunday, Lt Gen Bansi Ponappa said that the recruitment for Agneepath is scheduled to be held in August, September and October.
