GB News presenter Colin Brazier, 54, finds love again with a family friend - after losing his wife Jo to breast cancer in 2018

When news star Colin Brazier's wife, Jo, lost her battle against breast cancer at the age of 55, he was left a widowed father of six children.

Now, however, he has found new love — with a family friend who also lost her spouse.

She is Olivia Warham, 52, whose husband, Mark, was a colourful City financier.

'We were thrown together,' GB News presenter Brazier, 54, tells the Daily Mail's Richard Eden.  

'Olivia and Mark were friends of ours and, sadly, Mark died of cancer around the same time as Jo. 

'We bonded through our grief and are very happy together now. Olivia has three children and they get on really well with mine, so that's great.'

Jo, who had worked as head of foreign news at Sky News until retiring in 2002, fought against the disease for six years until 2018. 

Banker Warham, a mountaineer who conquered the highest peaks in Europe and, eventually, Everest, died the same year aged 56.

Brazier said in 2019 that his wife had told him to marry again, for the sake of his own sanity.

'Jo knew my limitations, what I could and couldn't cope with,' he said.

'Marry again or you'll go mad,' she instructed me six months before she died.'

Colin Brazier is a journalist and presenter for GB News, having previously worked for Sky News between 1997 and 2021. 

He presented Sky News Today on the channel alongside Jayne Secker since September 2014, but he presented a number of other programmes on the channel.
