Lucknow: KGMU faculty is now AIIMS Bhopal chief

LUCKNOW: Prof Ajai Singh, faculty at paediatrics orthopedics surgery department of KGMU and currently director, Post Graduate Institute of Child Health (PGICH), Noida, was appointed as director of AIIMS Bhopal on Friday.
Prof Ajai will be appointed on deputation and will remain on the post till June 30, 2028. He had applied for posts of director of PGICH Noida and AIIMS Bhopal about four months ago while serving in KGMU.
Since the appointment letter from Noida came earlier, he had joined there. Now he will join as director of AIIMS Bhopal.
