Thousands flocked to Harborne Carnival 2022 to enjoy the sunshine, live music, street food and unusual stalls. Sunday June 26 marked the first Harborne Carnival in two years due to Covid - and people were very glad to back out with their friends and neighbours again.

There were stalls full of handmade gifts and jewellery handmade, music from Birmingham bands on two stages, on the High Street and at the Green Man pub, entertainment by local schoolchildren and lots of great things to do. Children particularly enjoyed riding the fairground rides, bouncing on bungee trampoline, having their faces painted and eating ice cream.

All the High Street shops, pubs and cafes were open as the suburb heaved with people making the most of the free day out.
