Indore (Madhya Pradesh): BJP mayoral candidate Pushyamitra Bhargav said that he believes that Indore will leave Hyderabad and Bangalore behind in the IT sector.

“Indore is rapidly progressing in the field of IT. Companies like TCS and Infosys have already set-up their facilities in Indore. In the coming years, the work is being done rapidly towards making the city an IT hub. IT Park is a living example of this, for which infrastructure and other facilities have been provided by the previous BJP-led councils. It is our belief that in the coming 10 years, we will make Indore city better than those cities, so that the youth do not have to struggle for their livelihood by moving away from their homes to cities like Bangalore and Hyderabad,” Bhargav said during his campaign on Sunday.

He had started campaigning from Surya Dev Nagar of Ward Number 81 in Rau assembly and ended in ward number 78 at Bijalpur.

BJP state vice president Jitu Jirati, senior leader Madhu Verma, former corporator Balram Verma, former corporator Sudhir Dedge, and others accompanied him.

BJP city president Gaurav Ranadive said that Bhargav will campaign in Indore-1 assembly constituency on Monday. He will start his public campaigning from ward no 17 at 9.00 am.
