UPDATE: In an online update issued on July 5, the Washtenaw County Road Commission said the closure of the East Delhi Road Bridge has been delayed until July 11, with the Maple Road Bridge work proceeding as planned.
WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI - Rehabilitation work on two wrought-iron bridges across the Huron River dating back to the late 1800s is slated to get underway on July 6, closing the structures to all traffic.
