Police vehicle overturns, 8 cop kin hurt

Hyderabad: A police vehicle overturned at Knodamadugu on Hyderabad-Warangal highway on Monday when the family members of a Reserve Inspector were travelling to attend the funeral of a relative.
Eight people suffered minor injuries in the incident. According to Bhongir CI T Venu Gopal, when attempting to overtake another vehicle, the driver of the police car lost control.The police vehicle overturned on the road. The injured immediately left the place in another vehicle. Police said that a GD entry was made about the incident and senior officials were appraised. tnn
