Sec’bad arson accused moves court

Hyderabad: The alleged conspirator in the Secunderabad railway station arson case related to protest against the Agnipath program has moved a bail petition before a local court on Monday.
According to police, Avula Subba Rao, owner of Sai Defence Academy, a coaching centre to train Army job aspirants, has moved a petition before a local court on Monday, seeking bail in the arson case.
"The bail petition has been moved but it has not been numbered yet. Once we receive a notice from the court regarding the bail petition, we will initiate proceedings to file a counter," said a Railway police official. Subba Rao was arrested by the police on Saturday. TNN
