The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted cloudy weather with moderate rainfall in the city and suburbs for the next two days.
Meanwhile, a high tide of 4.15 metres is likely to occur at 11.59 am in Mumbai today. Also, a low tide of 2.04 metres is expected at 6.00 pm today.
According to IMD official, K S Hosalikar, the Konkan belt and nearby regions have been experiencing very heavy rainfall while Mumbai and Thane have remained cloudy and can expect moderate rainfall.
On Monday, the minimum temperature recorded in Santacruz was 25.6 °C and the maximum was 32.9°C, also the relative humidity was 93%.

Diversion:
Due to a building collapse near Shiv Shrushti, Kurla, buses of routes 5,85,58,59,60 were diverted via Vatsalatai Naik Nagar in Up direction instead of ST depot while going towards Kurla(East) station from 5.05 am.
Traffic Update:
A tempo overturned on the Western Express Highway early on Tuesday morning, leading to a massive traffic jam for several hours.
Officials with the Mumbai Traffic Police said that the tempo, which was carrying indusrial generators, lost control and turned on its side on the south bound lane of the WEH at around 8.30 a.m. on Tuesday. The incident occurred on the Teachers Colony stretch of the highway in Bandra.
Moreover, Cadbury Bridge on Mumbai-Nashik Highway was muddy due to rain which led to traffic snarls. However, Traffic police personnel, fire brigade and RDMC team help clear the mud and now traffic is moving smoothly.
Local train update
A tree from the Parsik tunnel fell and blocked track number 6 of the railway track between Thane and Kalyan station yesterday at around 8:45pm.
The services on the route were suspended till 10:45pm. After the tree was cleared, services resumed.
