Goa: AAP forms panels to assist MLAs

MARGAO: AAP has constituted sub-committees to assist its two MLAs particularly in gathering data for raising questions concerning Goans and generally to assist them with other work related to upcoming assembly sessions.
A press note said that AAP has received an “overwhelming response” from people to its appeal for sending questions to be asked in the assembly.“According to the questions received from citizens, AAP has prepared a list of questions that will be raised in the assembly,” the note said.
AAP said those interested may still email their questions to aapgoa@gmail.com. At a meeting held at Ponda recently, leaders, volunteers and office bearers of AAP discussed the questions to be raised in the upcoming assembly session.
AAP MLAs, Venzy Viegas and Cruz Silva, vice president Surel Tilve party’s Goa campaign committee president Mahadev Naik attended the meeting.
