Hyderabad: Jubilee Hills gang rape accused file bail plea

HYDERABAD: Almost a week after the rejection of bail, three minor accused of Jubilee Hills gang rape case on Tuesday again filed a bail petition before the Juvenile Justice Board.
The counsels for the accused number two, three and five have filed a fresh petition seeking bail on the changed circumstances. They contended that since the test identification parade is over and the court has also given consent for the DNA test, the investigation is almost completed in the case the accused persons can be released on the bail.
On June 22, Juvenile Justice Board had rejected the bail of the four minor accused persons
The hearing on the fresh bail petitions is likely to be taken up in next couple of days.TNN
