Hyderabad: Market for waste manegement very bullish’

HYDERABAD: There is no greater opportunity than waste management with even e-commerce, m-commerce and SaaS segments very small as compared to it, Recykal founder Abhay Deshpande said here on Tuesday.
Speaking at a session on `Building a business around sustainability’ at the T-HUB Innovation summit, Deshpande said the waste management market is bullish as every company has to manage its waste sustainably with the growing global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) concerns.He said pointing out how his company Recykal, which is a cloud-based solutions provider for waste management, helps increase gross margins for rag pickers working in landfills and eliminates the two-three intermediary stakeholders that add no value to the waste management chain.
