Will return to Mumbai on June 30: Rebel Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde

Rebel Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde has said that rebel MLAs supporting him will reach Mumbai on June 30 for the floor test. Refusing to divulge his strategy, Shinde said they will take part in the proceedings in the House as Shiv Sena MLAs. He claimed that he has support of over two-thirds of the Shiv Sena legislators. He also said that after the floor test, a meeting of the legislature party will be held to discuss future course of action. Maharashtra governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari ordered a floor test for the Uddhav Thackeray-led MVA govt after 8 independents and BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis sought the same, claiming the govt has lost majority.
