Florida Man Who Won $2,000,000 On Scratch-Off With The Help Of His Dog, Announces 6 Lucky Puppies

On Monday, the Florida Lottery announced that Leonard Linton, 42, of Pinetta, claimed a $2 million top prize from the 100X THE CASH Scratch-Off game at Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.

The Florida Lottery announced an update on a recent Lottery winner.

You may remember, Leonard Linton, who credited his pregnant dog, Ivy, with his $2 million Scratch-Off win last week.

Linton shared that Ivy delivered six healthy puppies on June 23, 2022.

Linton took a different route home stopping at Stop N Shop located on 540 East Howard Street in Live Oak, where he made a quick pit stop and chose the $2,000,000 winner.

When asked if he had any big plans with the win, Linton responded, “I still can’t believe it. This is life-changing, but I’m definitely getting Ivy a new kennel!”

The puppies came just one week after Linton and Ivy made the trip to Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee to claim a $2 million top prize from the 100X THE CASH Scratch-Off game.

There are four males and two females in Ivy’s litter. Linton shared that he named one of the female puppies Milli, short for million.
