The sizzling weather is back this weekend and while most of us will be out enjoying it, some may want to escape to the shade for a few hours of respite. This is especially important if you have young children or dogs and want to get out with them for a walk.
Thankfully, Scotland is home to plenty of amazing woodlands walks with plenty of shady areas that are cooler for a fun hour or two away from the sun.
