9 Powerball lottery tickets worth $50,000 sold in Arizona

Although the winning Powerball lottery ticket worth $2.04 billion dollars was ultimately sold in California, several people who bought tickets in Arizona prior to the Monday draw can expect a noticeable bump in their bank accounts. 

Brittany Belsterling of the PR firm OH Partners said nine Powerball lottery tickets worth $50,000 each were sold across the state. 

Belsterling said the tickets were sold at the following locations:

  • Saya Mustang at 609 East Route 66, Williams
  • Beaver Dam Lodge at 452 North Highway 91, Beaver Dam
  • Safeway at 13380 East Mary Ann Cleveland Way, Vail
  • Safeway at 4970 South Alma School Road, Chandler
  • Frys at 2010 South Alma School Road, Chandler
  • Circle K at 360 East Patagonia Highway, Nogales
  • Walmart at 1606 South Signal Butte Road, Mesa
  • Last Stop Travel Center at 20331 North US Hwy 93, White Hills 
  • CVS at 3610 West Anthem Way, New River

Winners can claim the money by filling out a "Winner Claim Form" and bringing the winning ticket and their government-issued ID to one of the following Arizona Lottery locations:

  • 4740 East University Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85034
  • Sky Harbor – Terminal 4 Baggage claim, Phoenix, AZ 85034
  • 2955 E. Grant Rd., Tucson, AZ 85716
  • 3396 Stockton Hill Rd., Kingman, AZ 86409

Winners can also mail their ticket, claim form and copy of their ID to the Arizona Lottery at P.O. Box 2913, Phoenix, AZ 85062-2913. The Arizona Lottery advises to keep a copy of all the items, including the front and back of the ticket.
