SDAA obtains renewal of ISO Certification

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Documentation and Archives Authority (SDAA) renewed the global conformity certificate to ISO 9001: 2015, which it had previously obtained in 2020, after completing the audit and evaluation process, during which it was confirmed that all the Authority’s procedures and systems come in line with the standards and conditions of this approved certificate.

By obtaining this certificate, the Authority continues its series of achievements at all levels, with the aim of raising the level of quality and efficiency of services in all its departments.

The Department of Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence confirmed that the Authority is working on implementing a unified guide for these procedures concerned with quality and efficiency, contributing to enhancing the development of its performance, which reflects positively on productivity and customer satisfaction. This certificate reflects the Authority's ability to apply the highest standards of professionalism in the provision of its work, enabling it to provide services of a high level of quality.

Commenting on this, Sheikha Mozah bin Butti Al Maktoum, Quality Management Representative, explained that the Authority's new achievement confirms its keenness to apply the highest standards and adopt pioneering practices in the field of quality management.
