The legal weed market in New Jersey has been slowly growing for seven months. In that time, the state has seen its first large consumer weed event, numerous trade shows, business-to-business networking events and the opening of almost two dozen dispensaries selling adult-use cannabis.

These events and businesses help make up the basis for a new cottage industry: cannabis tourism or “canna tourism.”
