The experienced dermatologist uses a scalpel to make a small incision on her patient's head.

She then grabs a pair of surgical scissors to cut the opening slightly wider before putting pressure around it.

As she pushes, a pearl-like lump emerges which gets bigger as she continues pressing.

The cyst comes out in a bizarre cone shape which is the size of a peanut.

"Pilar cyst like a rocket," Dr Lee wrote and cheekily put Elton John's Rocket Man song in the background.

Pimple popper fans were amazed by the size of the cyst, but others felt sick to the stomach.

One fan wrote: "Dude just became a unicorn!"

"The pop out is very satisfying!" a second said and a third teased: "Look it's a pearl, uh no it's cheese puff."

Another shared: "Not me leaning away from my phone so it doesn't shoot out and hit me..."

"Oh look, he got a horn!" a TikToker joked and one added: "Considering how thin the skin is on the top of the head and how little space in there...damn."

Dr Pimple Popper suggested people not to pop a cyst as it can grow back when it's not cleared properly.

"Go see a dermatologist and get them to help you! You don't want it grow back or get infected," she added.
