END OF THIRD QUARTER: The Blazers lead 99-92 at the end of the third quarter. Lillard has 32 points and Atlanta guard Murray had 31.

HALFTIME: The Blazers lead Atlanta 64-60. Lillard has 22 points and Jerami Grant scored 13 in the first half for the Blazers who shot 54.5% from the field and 42.9% on threes (9 of 21). Murray leads the Hawks with 20 points. Atlanta is 8 of 16 on threes.

Portland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic (calf) and forward Josh Hart (hamstring) will play Monday night against the Atlanta Hawks at the Moda Center, the team has announced.

Both missed Saturday night’s 123-105 loss to Toronto and were originally listed as questionable for Monday.

Atlanta guard Trae Young (ankle soreness) is out.
