The Dallas Cowboys were eliminated from the playoffs yet again as their incredibly long streak of disappointment continues.

However, Jerry Jones caught some flack yet again for an odd victory lap he’s taking despite the team losing in the postseason.

According to The Score, the Cowboys’ owner is proud of his team for defeating Tom Brady in the final game of his career.

Hey, when you can take a win then take it. As a Tennessee Titans fan, I take pride in the fact Brady’s last game with the New England Patriots was a playoff loss to my favorite team.

Even so, Cowboys fans aren’t taking Jones’ comments lightly. They’d rather the franchise finally get over the hump and get back to the Super Bowl.

While Jerry Jones enjoys a moral victory, the fanbase very clearly wants more.

Cowboys fans have no time for this victory lap.

When you can’t win the big game you have to find a win where you can, right?

Cowboys fans never think Jerry Jones does enough. And they could be right.

Maybe this will be the offseason Dallas builds a powerhouse of a roster. We’ll see how it plays out though, as the offense could look a bit different in 2023.
