Due to the loose fit of the garments they are a fire hazard, and fail to comply with safety guidelines.

“The garments do not comply with the sizing requirements of the mandatory safety standard for nightwear for children,” Product Safety Australia said.

“Due to the loose fit of the garments, they may pose a fire risk to the wearer if exposed to a heat or flame source.”

The recalled long-sleeved cotton rib top and cotton pant pyjama sets come in three styles: a “Bambi Cream set” with a cream top and pink pants, a “Bunny Pink set” with a pink top and pants, and a “Heart Cream set” with a cream top and pink pants.

They were sold between January 5, 2023 and March 8 2023.
