The Big Bang Theory folks, Shamy is officially back together. Well, sort of, by way of Mayim Bialik sharing a surprise photo with former co-star Jim Parsons.

In a new post uploaded to Instagram, the Jeopardy! host decided to go down memory lane with a throwback photo from the 2014 Emmy Awards. Fans saw the two cast mates ahead of the ceremony, where both were nominated and Jim won for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series. Unlike their famed characters Sheldon Cooper and Amy Farrah Fowler, the duo was dressed to the nines and enjoyed each other's company while walking the red carpet.

"Spring 2015 apparently!! @therealjimparsons," she tagged Jim on March 9, while accidentally mistaking the timeframe of the photo.

Despite the unexpected error over when the photo was taken — it was snapped in August 2014 — folks were nonetheless ecstatic to see Mayim and Jim back together in some shape or form. Big Bang Theory fans immediately took to the comments to share their opinions.

"The best. 😍 A Sheldon and Amy spin-off is needed in the world. 😍 We want to see them as parents!!!" one person wrote, sharing their idea for another Big Bang Theory series. "Awww Sheldon and Amy 💜💜," a different user added. "😍😍 Invite him to your [Mayim Bialik's Breakdown] podcast talk!! Please Mayim 🧡🥺," another noted with a thought about who should be on her audio show.

Despite the throwback seemingly coming out of nowhere, this isn't the only time she's posted pics of her and Jim over the years. She actually shared another past event on Instagram, receiving a hug from her frequent work partner at the 2018 Critics Choice Awards. And if that's not enough, the two still collaborate as co-executive producers of the hit Fox sitcom Call Me Kat.

If there's one thing Mayim and Jim can do, it's make people excessively wonder whether Shamy is alive once more.
