Responding promptly to news today that Belarus has signed an agreement with Russia on the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons on its territory,  Belarusian opposition leader Svetlana Tsikhanouskaya, currently living in exile, has warned of the serious implications.

Tsikhanouskaya says that such a move would not only infringe upon Belarus constitutional non-nuclear status but also consolidate Russias control over the country for years to come.

Furthermore, she asserts that it would pose a significant threat to Ukraines security and the stability of the entire European continent.

Writing on Twitter, she called for urgent action to foil this latest dangerous aggressive Russian scheme.

The Russian TASS and Belarusian Belta news agencies reported on Thursday, May 25, that the Belarusian Defense Minister, Viktor Khrenin met with Russian Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu, in Minsk.

Belarus citizens best take what Svetlana Tsikhanouskaya is saying seriously! If you believe these weapons make you safe you're delusional! If Russia launches "Every" country that carries nuclear weapons' in their name will be hit with the same as the concept is to ensure mutual destruction. Looks like Poot'en is ready to fry up some Belarus gyro's...
