The second-tier prizes are for $25,000 per year for life, before taxes, and have a minimum payout of 20 years. Winners can also opt to take a one-time, lump-sum payment of $390,000 before taxes.To win this prize, they needed to match all five numbers, but not the "Lucky Ball."
