THE REPORT OF A FOUR MONTH OLD CHILD NOT CONSCIOUS ABOUT BREATHING CPR IS IN PROGRESS. POLICE RESPONDED TO THE IN-HOME DAYCARE AT 130TH AND CLEVELAND SHORTLY BEFORE 330 TUESDAY AFTERNOON. Police in New Berlin responded to a 911 call involving a 4-month-old infant at a local residence operating as an in-home day care. The New Berlin police and fire department were dispatched Tuesday to 130 Street and Cleveland Avenue, CJ's Child Care, following a call reporting an unconscious and non-breathing 4-month-old boy.Upon arrival, first responders immediately began life-saving measures. The fire department took the boy to Children's Wisconsin, where he was pronounced dead.Police said the case is actively under investigation, and families with children present at the daycare during the incident have been notified about the incident.Wisconsin Department of Children and Families confirmed to WISN 12 News that CJ's Child Care was not licensed. An order to stop operating was sent to the business. Police in New Berlin responded to a 911 call involving a 4-month-old infant at a local residence operating as an in-home day care.

The New Berlin police and fire department were dispatched Tuesday to 130 Street and Cleveland Avenue, CJ's Child Care, following a call reporting an unconscious and non-breathing 4-month-old boy.

Upon arrival, first responders immediately began life-saving measures. The fire department took the boy to Children's Wisconsin, where he was pronounced dead.
