A pro-Palestine protester disrupted a presidential panel discussion at President Joe Biden’s New York fundraiser Thursday evening as other protesters stirred up chaos outside the event, videos show.
Video footage posted to Twitter shows the moments when a pro-Palestine protester interrupted a panel speaking during Biden’s star-studded fundraiser. As Biden can be heard talking about an insurrection, the protester appears to stand up and begin shouting at the president. “Shame on you Joe Biden! Shame on you! You are forcing genocide in Palestine and no amount of full concern -” the woman yelled.
People sitting in front of the protester can be seen immediately turning around as others can be heard booing at the disruption. The video continues to show the protester being guided out of the room as she shouts at Biden that he has “blood” on his hands.
Leading up to the president’s anticipated event, activists gathered outside of the Radio City Music Hall in Manhattan where the fundraiser was being held. Video footage throughout the evening showed chaotic scenes between both bystanders and protesters, as well as New York Police Department (NYPD) officials and protesters.
Protesters outside the event in some clips could be seen pushing officers as the crowd chanted “oink, oink, piggy, piggy,” as it appeared officers had attempted to arrest an individual. Footage suggested that NYPD officials had made arrests throughout the night.

Additionally, Fox News reporter Nate Foy was caught being harassed by protesters as they yelled “f*ck Fox News” and “get a real job,” while the broadcaster appeared to be speaking on camera.

Biden was joined by former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, expecting to raise an estimated $25 million for the night as celebrities such as Queen Latifah, Lizzo, Ben Platt, Cynthia Erivo, Lea Michele and late-night host Stephen Colbert were expected to be apart of the line-up.
It is unclear if the protester who disrupted the fundraiser faced any consequences after the incident.
