ST. PETERS, Mo. – A lottery player in St. Peters has won a $1,000-per-week-for-life prize but has not yet come forward to claim the winnings.

The Missouri Lottery says the winning lottery ticket was recently purchased at Dierbergs at 217 Salt Lick Road in St. Peters.

The ticket was sold for the Missouri Lottery’s April 2 Cash4Life drawing. The winning ticket matched all five white-ball numbers drawn – 26, 27, 43, 50 and 56. The cash ball number drawn was 3.

The winner had all of the numbers aside from the cash ball. A correct cash ball would have netted $1,000 a day per life.

The ticket holder has two options for claiming their prize: $52,000 annually for life, after taxes, or a lump-sum payment of $1 million, after taxes.

If you have the winning ticket, you’re asked to make an appointment at any Missouri lottery office within 180 days of the drawing, or up until Sept. 29.

According to the Missouri Lottery, the odds of winning $1,000 a week for life through this game are 1 in roughly 7.3 million and the odds for winning $1,000 a day for life through this game are roughly 1 in 21.8 million.
