EAST WENATCHEE - Big money was won in Washington's Lottery in East Wenatchee last week. According to the Washington Lottery website, Tim O. bought a Loteria scratch ticket from BJ's Market in East Wenatchee on April 4. Subsequently, Tim unveiled that he'd won the $250,000 jackpot. Out of the 2,189,100 tickets printed, only three contain the top prize of $250,000. The Loteria $250,000 costs $10.
