Let’s clear up some misinformation. In a letter printed on April 9, a gentleman stated in the last paragraph that the Hur report stated that President Biden has dementia.

First, Robert Hur is a U.S. attorney and has absolutely no expertise to diagnose any medical condition. Secondly, I uploaded and read all 388 pages of the Hur report the word dementia does not appear once.

What is in the report many times and specifically on pages 307, 309, 310,and 323 that there is insufficient evidence to prove Biden willfully retained classified documents. Page 250 explains the difference between the Trump and Biden cases that he reluctantly read out loud during the congressional hearing. Pages 15-17 are the procedure to declassify documents.

At the request of congress in 2009 President Obama issued an executive order that still exists on the procedure. On Page 40, presidential records act states that all presidential records must be turned over to the national archive upon leaving office. Secure facility court records indicate that all attorneys must retain special clearance on both sides and that they must view said records in a secure facility. They are not allowed any electronic devices and all personal notes must remain in said facility.

I encourage the editor of this paper to fact check and flag any of my claims that are incorrect. Unlike the MAGAs, if I don’t like a fact I don’t make up my own as alternative facts.
