PULLMAN - A new survey continues to show faculty discontent at Washington State University.

The WSU Chapter of the American Association of University Professors has issued preliminary findings from their recent survey. According to a press release from the organization the top four issues identified by respondents were income inequality between administrative and faculty salaries, lack of budget transparency, campus climate and morale and faculty salaries and benefits. 250 faculty responded to the survey.

The survey was launched after hundreds of WSU faculty called for leadership change at WSU. The AAUP chapter supports many of the concerns expressed by the faculty group but doesn’t support leadership change at the institution.
