Taylor Swift’s highly-anticipated new original album, The Tortured Poets Department, is now out after a lot of hype. Most of the album is seemingly about her exes, longtime beau Joe Alwyn and short-lived fling Matty Healy.

But, the world’s biggest pop star knew that the masses wouldn’t be satisfied without a little something referencing her current boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs superstar tight end Travis Kelce.

That’s exactly what she did in the album’s fifteenth track, Alchemy.  Take a look at these lyrics to the chorus.

So when I touch down
Call the amateurs and cut ’em from the team

Ditch the clowns, get the crown
Baby, I’m the one to be
‘Cause the sign on your heart
Said it’s still reserved for me
Honestly, who are we to fight thе alchemy?

And then, a verse later on in the song.

Shirts off, and your friends lift you up, over their heads
Beer stickin’ to the floor, cheers chanted ’cause they said
“There was no chance trying to be the greatest in the league”
Where’s the trophy? He just comes, running over to me

Oh yeah, that’s definitely about Travis Kelce. The “touch down” is a pretty dead giveaway. But, if that didn’t convince you, the next two lines are also clear Kelce references. “Call the amateurs and cut ’em from the team” is surely using a sports analogy to describe her cutting off other guys now that Travis is in her life. And, “Ditch the Clowns, get the crown” could be a reference to Kelce winning another Super Bowl. Swift famously met her beau on the field after the Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII for some public displays of affection.

And, if that wasn’t about Travis Kelce winning the Super Bowl, the verse definitely was. I mean, come on. “Where’s the trophy? He just comes, running over to me” is exactly what happened.

I’m sure Travis Kelce is going to get some good-natured ribbing from his boys, but he’s officially made it now in the Taylor Swift music sphere. He joins other dignitaries such as John Mayer, Joe Jonas, Jake Gyllenhaal, Harry Styles, and Calvin Harris to have songs by Swift written about them.
