Putnam County Common Pleas Court

April 15

Autumn M. Parker, 42, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to theft. She faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. The judge ordered all criminal proceedings stayed while Parker completes treatment at the Ohio Guidestone Counseling Center. She was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $12,810.50 to Wild Bills Tobacco in Ottawa.

April 19

Konner Dunklee, 26, Lima, was charged with aggravated murder, murder, and attempted murder during a video arraignment. Bond was set for $1 million, cash or surety with condition. He was also ordered not to be present at the residence of Michael or Charles Kitchen or be within 1,000 feet from PGT Trucking, Leipsic. A preliminary hearing was scheduled on the case for 9 a.m. April 26, but the Putnam County Grand Jury is scheduled to meet in regular session April 24. According to a press release from the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to several 911 calls about shots being fired at Kitchen Enterprises Trucking Company, 6302 Pro Tec Parkway, Leipsic at 4:05 p.m. April 18. Officers found Farrah Croninger, 30, Deshler, dead at the scene. In addition to Croninger, officers found Michael Kitchen, 54, injured at the scene. Kitchen was transported to Mercy Health St. Rita’s, Lima, for treatment. Dunklee fled the scene and multiple law enforcement agencies searched for him before being found in Allen County where he was placed into custody and transported to the Putnam County Adult Detention Center.

April 18

Discover Bank, New Albany, was granted judgment against Jaime Frankart, Leipsic, in the amount of $17,400.77, with interest and costs of $250.

Heather M. Clark, Delphos, and Ryan P. Clark, Delphos, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married April 2, 2016 and have no children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

April 9

Mothobi J. Chirunga, 34, Montpelier, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of menacing and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, 28 days suspended, $250 fine, $200 suspended, complete a mental health assessment and have no contact with victim or her family for one year. He also pleaded no contest to an amended charge of disorderly conduct and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $50 fine.

April 10

Matthew J. Luebrecht, 51, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to third-offense OVI. Sentence: 360 days jail, 90 days suspended, $1,500 fine, $650 fine, 10-year license suspension, and complete an alcohol and drug assessment, and not be present at any liquor/beer premises for five years. The sentence is concurrent with a probation violation and the vehicle operated at the time is forfeited. Another charge of OVI was dismissed.

April 11

Kenneth J. Deitering, 59, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended. Charges of speeding and left of center were dismissed.

April 15

Rafael Lopez, 22, Lima, pleaded guilty to assault. Sentence: 180 days jail, 179 days suspended, $250 fine and complete alcohol and drug assessment and treatment. A charge of obstructing official business was dismissed.

Nayely Salinas, 25, Lima, pleaded no contest to assault and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 179 days suspended, $250 fine, and complete an assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. She also pleaded no contest to resisting arrest and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $100 fine, with sentence to be served concurrently.

April 16

Nicole C. Capps, 44, Lima, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for 6 days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of failure to control and marked lanes were dismissed.
