EFC India Ltd to form subsidiary for investments in commercial real estate projects, IT parks etc

The Board of Directors of EFC (I) Limited ("the Company"), at their meeting held today, i.e., Thursday, the 25th day of April, 2024 has considered and approved the proposal to incorporate a WOS for Potential Strategic partnership and investments in commercial real estate projects, IT Park Projects, etc. in the name of "EFC Estate Private Limited" or any other name as approved by competent authority.

The key objective of proposed incorporation is to do Strategic association for Commercial Real Estate Projects, IT Park Projects, which is in line of business of serviced offices provided by EFC (I) Limited and its other subsidiaries.

Shares of EFC India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 380.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 380.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 40782 in over 181 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 385.00 and intraday low of 380.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 15610110.00.
