Machine Gun Kelly was asked an impossible question — to name "three mean things" about Taylor Swift, and he refused.
The rapper was given a choice between badmouthing Swift or eating a spicy chicken wing on the Wednesday, April 24 episode of Hot Ones Versus titled "mgk vs. Trippie Redd."
"Ladies and gentleman, you have got to be out of your motherf—king mind if you think I want any smoke with that fanbase," Kelly responded to the dare. "Also, Taylor is a saint and very nice to me. And Travis is my bro."
Redd egged him on and teased the singer for refusing to talk bad about Swift. He said, "Kiss her feet while you're at it."
Although, MGK did not give in, and kept his stance on the matter. "Jesus Christ, I just — bro, she's very nice," he said. "She's very, very nice."
As he took a bite of the hot chicken wing, a consequence to his response, Kelly sang the chorus to Swift's 2012 song "I Knew You Were Trouble."
This question came into fruition because Redd mentioned the time MGK offered $1 million ($500,000 in cash and the same amount as a donation to their high schools Shaker Heights and Cleveland Heights), if Kelce left the Kansas City Chiefs and joined the Cleveland Browns. Both A-listers grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. This comment was made when Kelly made an appearance on the New Heights with Jason and Travis podcast in November 2023.
Redd then told MGK on the Hot Ones episode: "Burn that bridge by saying three mean things about Taylor Swift."
He cleared up his comments by saying he would give Kelce "$1 million spending money" because he's "not the NFL."
