What had inspired the founding of Vista Real Estate, and what sets it apart from other real estate companies in Oman?

I started my real estate career in Oman in 2005. After many companies, sponsors and hardships, Vista Real Estate is the final destination. To stay honest and keep the trust of clients is not easy in the real estate field, I base the company’s success on my own reputation in the real estate market.

Vista Real Estate was founded in 2020. How do you assess the company’s performance in initial four years of its operations?

Vista Real Estate did not have a large investment or a franchise backing it up, yet we grew rapidly. Our portfolio of properties, a large variety of clients and our extensive marketing lead us to one of the best real estate companies in Oman.

How many properties are currently under management by Vista Real Estate, and what types of properties are included in the company’s portfolio?

Our main activity was leasing, we are exclusive on almost 100 units in Al Mouj, but we have rental properties all over Muscat from Jebel Sifah to Seeb.
We have recently created a ‘One-Stop-Shop’ for freehold properties in Oman. Investments from all over the world is pouring into Oman, we are currently building an advisory for Omanis and as well as other nationalities on where to invest in real estate in Oman tailor-made for the requirement of the individuals.
We extended our leasing department to commercial properties as well, business centers as well as offices for corporate clients

How does Vista Real Estate plan to establish itself as a leading real estate company in Oman while fostering personal business relationships with its clients?

As long as we hire the right team members, personalized real estate services are never an issue, we take care of our owners’ and developers’ needs and match it with our customers requirement.

What is your company’s approach to ensuring customer satisfaction, particularly when it comes to personalized treatment and individual needs of clients?
Great customer care is the answer for success of real estate. It starts with answering phone calls and messages, fast reaction time from agents, finding the right property for the client and the best possible rent or sale price for owners. We are famous for prompt replies and serving our clients at the best possible way.

What strategies does Vista Real Estate employ to successfully bring property owners and renters or buyers together? How does it create positive relationships that satisfy both parties?

One of the skills to learn in real estate is active listening, asking the right questions. Finding the properties for the client will only work if we have full information of our products. Customers are always right, we intend to be polite and respectful, even when we have 50 phone calls a day.

What do you think are the major challenges in the Omani real estate market, and how has Vista addressed these challenges?

Well, unfortunately Oman real estate market is not yet a professional environment When the property manager is the ‘watchman’ and so many assets are being wasted because of the lack of understanding the market, we always aim to give a consultation to owners who simply do not understand how to utilize their assets. Hopefully the new projects will bring a brighter future, more people to enjoy Oman’s greatness.

How does Vista Real Estate approach property maintenance and repairs, and how does it ensure timely and high-quality service for its clients?

We do not provide maintenance

What are some emerging trends or opportunities in the Omani real estate market that Vista Real Estate is excited about?

We are very excited about the new projects in Oman. International developers started their thriving projects in Muscat, a great opportunity for real estate companies to sell and rent in the future.

Information is the key, and no other company has as much as we do over freehold buildings/projects in Oman.
