MACON, Ga. — The 2024 NFL Draft is here. And there are plenty of players from the state of Georgia or who have spent their college years playing in the state who are expected to be drafted this year. 

The next crop of talented players are aiming for a position on one of the 32 NFL teams. 

Here are the University of Georgia Bulldogs, your other college players and your local Central Georgia stars hoping to make their way into the NFL in this year's draft:

Offensive tackle Amarius Mims: Cincinnati Bengals, 18th

Wide receiver Ladd McConkey: Los Angeles Chargers, 34th

Corner back Kamari Lassiter: Houston Texans, 42nd

Safety Javon Bullard: Green Bay Packers, 58th

Defensive back Tykee Smith: Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 89th

Center Sedrick Van Pran-Granger: Buffalo Bills, 141st

Defensive tackle Zion Logue: Atlanta Falcons, 197th

Central Georgia High School Talent
