PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — The City of Pensacola announced their Movies in the Park series will be returning on May 4.
Three movies will be shown at Community Maritime Park on Fridays during the summer. The movies are free and open to the public, according to the news release.
The movies will begin at sunset, but pre-show activities begin at 6 p.m. Those planning to attend can bring blankets and chairs to set up on the lawn. There will also be local food truck vendors. Free event parking will be available at the park and City Hall.
Here is the movie schedule:
- May 4 — The Little Mermaid (Live Action) — Rated PG
- June 1 — The Marvels — Rated PG-13
- July 13 — Wonka — Rated PG
If any of the movies are rained out, they will be played on Aug. 10.
