1. The Holdovers – Amazon Prime Video
This Alexander Payne directorial follows a cranky old instructor who stays at the campus during Christmas break to look after a group of students. As the story progresses, he forms an unlikely bond with one of the troubled students, and the school’s head cook, who lost her son in the Vietnam War. The comedy film stars Paul Giamatti, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Dominic Sessa, and Carrie Preston.

2. Fiasco – Netflix
Created by Igor Gotesman, Netflix’s upcoming comedy-drama, Fiasco, tells the story of a first-time filmmaker whose dream project turns into a disaster when a crew member attempts to sabotage it. Will he be able to overcome the hurdles and fulfil his dream? The comedy series is headlined by Pierre Niney, Géraldine Nakache, and Pascal Demolon.
3. The Veil – Disney+ Hotstar
Disney+ Hotstar is all set to roll out an edge-of-the-seat thriller, titled The Veil, which revolves around two women who journey from Istanbul to Paris to London while playing a dangerous game of truth and lies. Who will win the game? The upcoming mini-series features Elisabeth Moss, Yumna Marwan, and Josh Charles, among others.

4. Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar – Netflix
Acclaimed filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali‘s much-awaited series, Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, will premiere on Netflix this week. The plot of the period drama revolves around Mallikajaan and her courtesans from the red-light district of Heera Mandi in Lahore, who face a new and unexpected threat as rebellion brews in British-ruled India. The upcoming series features an ensemble cast that includes Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh and Sharmin Segal. 5. Acapulco Season 3 – Apple TV+

An adaptation of Robinne Lee’s novel of the same name, the Anne Hathaway movie centres around a 40-year-old single mother, who takes her teenage daughter to the Coachella Music Festival, where he meets a young singer and the leader of a popular band. Ajay Devgn starrer Shaitaan is one of the biggest titles on the list of the latest OTT releases this week. Directed by Vikas Bahl, this horror movie will send chills down your spine. The plot of the film revolves around a middle-aged couple whose simple lives take a dark turn when a mysterious man enters their home and hypnotises their teenage daughter. 11. The Fall Guy – Theatres
Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt come together for David Leitch’s action comedy film titled The Fall Guy. The upcoming film follows a down-and-out stuntman who abandons his career and girlfriend after a brutal accident on the film set. Months later, he returns to film set to track down the lead actor of his former girlfriend’s directorial debut. However, as the plot progresses he unravels a secret that rattles his personal and professional life.

When a group of friends unknowingly release an evil trapped in a cursed deck of tarot cards, they are left with no other option but to participate in a cat-and-mouse game with fate. Directed by Spenser Cohen, Tarot stars Harriet Slater, Adain Bradley, and Avantika Vandanapu, among others.
13. Exhuma – Theatres
Written and directed by Jang Jae-hyun, Exhuma is a South Korean supernatural horror film featuring Choi Min-sik, Kim Go-eun, Yoo Hae-jin and Lee Do-hyun in prominent roles. The gripping plot of the upcoming horror mystery thriller revolves around a well-known shaman and her protégé. They are enlisted by a wealthy family to relocate a long-hidden grave and investigate the mystery behind the death of the family’s firstborn child of each generation.
14. Aranmanai 4 – Theatres
This upcoming Tamil film is the fourth instalment in the Aranmanai film franchise which dives deep into the horror-comedy genre. It tells the story of a man who embarks on a mission to solve the mysterious case of his sister’s untimely death. The film features Sundar, Tamannaah Bhatia, Raashii Khanna, and Yogi Babu in significant roles.

Like Korean dramas? If so, then here’s one that you shouldn’t miss. Titled The Atypical Family, the upcoming drama revolves around a family with unique superpowers, who lose their abilities due to modern-day issues.
